Back in the 1980’s, us country folk liked to grill a whole pig and have a hoe down. Brad Raulerson’s homestead was the only one in the whole dang area big enough to roast a whole pig, s o folks in their overalls moseyed from all over in their 4x4’s with their women to roast their hog and have their feast. Some of ‘em even came in their tractors! Watermelon, Moon Pies and RC cola completed the spread. We provided the best gosh darn spice rub and marinade in the area.
